As a retention and expansion owner in 600+ deals, I developed a deep understanding of customer value, what it takes to align buying teams, and how to deliver value at scale by integrating technology and product into daily workflows. After driving 15+ customer experience transformations, managing complex organizations and delivering measurable business results in high-stakes environments I have mastered the approach combining strategic vision with operational excellence to create sustainable competitive advantages.
